Every time I make this recipe, I’m reminded again how very yummy it is! I love the slightly sweet citrus taste it has without being overpowering. I skipped the spinach and italian dressing since I just didn’t have it.

Orange Glazed Chicken
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 C Orange Marmalade, divided
1 enveloped Shake N Bake Original Chicken Seasoned
1/4 C Zesty Italian Dressing
6 C Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Medium Orange, Cut into thin slices
1. Preheat oven to 400. Spread chicken breast w/ 2 T of the marmalade. Empty coating mix into a shallow dish. Add chicken and turn to evenly coat on both sides.
2. Place chicken in 13X9 baking dish. Bake 25 min or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Mix dressing w/ remaining 2 T marmalade. Add to spinach, toss to coat. Place evenly on 4 serving plates. Place 1 chicken breast, sliced, on top of each place and add orange slices.
