This recipe is pretty easy and yummy! I got it from a 3-Ingredient Cookbook.
4 Chicken Breast Halves, boneless and skinless
1/2 C Italian Dressing
1/2 C Sour Cream
2.5 C Cornflakes, Crushed
1. Place chicken in zip-loc bag, add salad dressing and sour cream. Seal, refrigerate 1 hr. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
2. Dredge chicken in cornflakes, place in 9X13 pan (sprayed w/ Pam).
3. Bake at 375 for 45 min.
