I haven’t made a lot of homemade mac & cheese, but this is one of the all-time best recipes I’ve tried. I like that its a slow-cook recipe, too. I get a lot of compliments on this when I make it and of course Seth loves it (well, he pretty much likes anything I make as long as there’s not too much veggies in it!). I usually double the recipe, especially if its more than Seth and I eating it. Plus, you get yummy leftovers then! Oh, and I made a honey spiral ham (from ALDI) to go with it.
