While carving our three big pumpkins yesterday, I decided to attempt to make roasted pumpkin seeds. I hadn’t had them since I was a kid and I don’t remember being particularly fond of them then, but tastes change, right? Plus, everyone seems to be talking about how good they are. So, I searched on google for a recipe. Here’s what I found:
I also put some garlic powder on some of them. They were really quite good. Even Haddie ate a number of them!
