I made these for dinner last night. They were pretty easy. I mean, I made them with a migraine and all, so they must have been easy!
It’s a great recipe to make to use shredded chicken if you happen it like buying it in bulk, cooking and freezing like I have been doing.
And the most important part, it was really yummy. Enough so that a picky teenager loved them and actually begged to eat the leftovers today!
I served it with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and refried bean dip.
