I found this recipe on the Happy Housewife Blog and decided to give it a try. I had some other moms over for lunch and we all enjoyed this recipe. I had a lot leftover (I doubled the recipe) and continued to enjoy it for a couple days afterwards. For the left overs I just spread it on single romaine leaves to eat as a wrap of sorts. Seth also ate it on bread for a sandwich.
I used light sour cream and low fat cream cheese and couldn’t taste any difference. It was delish and I’m sure I’ll make it again!
